We are so thankful to have been able to book this property last minute. Dan was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. The ocean view was gorgeous. The on location check in process is through the residence desk and they were very helpful. The location is superb - away from the noise of Ocean drive but close enough to walk.

Great place. Will definitely go again. We have stayed at the 1 Hotel Miami numerous times but this is the first time at the residences. Definitely a great value! All of the amenities and luxuries of the hotel facilities but a much larger space for our family at a great price.

Such a great place to stay in hands down the best hotel in Miami (The W). Will definitely be coming back soon.

Great location, perfect little spot for a 3 day trip! Restaurants in hotel are amazing as well!
