I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured. The views are truly spectacular and the floor to ceiling windows give a breathtaking view of the ocean from every room. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and the kitchen was fully furnished. Dan, Yuli, and the rest of the management team were super easy to communicate with and quickly available with any and everything that I needed. There were a few items that needed attention upon arrival and they were quickly noted and taken care of without hesitation. They were also very friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze, and located in the main lobby, right next to the main check-in area. This unit is located in the W hotel so we were able to enjoy all of the hotel’s amenities except for housekeeping and room service, which we didn’t miss. This room is worth every penny and I would definitely stay here again!

Le logement était conforme à nos attentes. Nous venons régulièrement à l’hôtel W south beach. Excellent service à la piscine et à la plage également sans difference avec les clients de l’hôtel. Le week-end est très achalandé et bruyant à la piscine cependant. DJ et ambiance festive.

The place was in a beautiful, and very convenient location. The beach is right outside and the hotel is impeccable. The room is very good size, clean and very well priced when compared to the hotel prices. I would definitely book again in the future. The hosts Dan and Paula were very responsive.

Great time at the Residences at the St. Regis. We had been before and knew what to expect, and were equally satisfied. The valet car parking was super helpful and a breeze, and the help in getting our things up the the unit was very much appreciated. The unit is as described, and is on the part of the building that looks down into the adult's pool. We spent most of the time at the kid's pool and some time at the beach, both have lots of attendants and you can always get what you need (extra towels, help with adjusting an umbrella, etc.). The area has many food options (we particularly like aba (Mediterranean place at the Bal Harbour Shops), Morela (sp?) the customizable popsicle place, and Mister 01 pizza over the bridge (our best meal of the stay). That said, we advance ordered simple groceries at the nearby Whole Foods which we picked up on our way; previously we had relied on Publix but the walk in the heat isn't the easiest. Highly recommend!

Our stay was beyond fabulous! The St. Regis is next-level luxury. Dan’s unit is exactly as described. The balconies overlooking the ocean are just wonderful to view the sunrise. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We enjoyed the beach everyday and had great service there. Dan stopped by to check on us during our stay and he was a communicative host. I paid extra for an early check-in and it was worth it to be settled in the room instead of storing my luggage. I didn’t pay for a late checkout and wish I would’ve as we hated to leave by 10am. I think 11am would be a more reasonable checkout time. Overall the unit is immaculate, feels very exclusive and I will definitely be back! Thanks Dan for an awesome stay!

My family and I had a blast at this condo within the St. Regis. The place was perfect, easy and comfortable. Crib was available upon arrival. Everything went smoothly. Loved the St. Regis staff they were so kind and helpful! Shopping and restaurants are walking distance! Had a great time thank you! Dan and Paula were very responsive!

Loved the view from the apartment. Dan and his team were really helpful. However, you have to make sure the apartment is clean in advance as I found some hair in the bathroom.

The condo was true to the photos and larger than we realized. Love the balconies and the view. The management company was easy to work with. A great experience.

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the amenities Dan’s place and the W had to offer. The room/hotel is very clean and the view is amazing. Dan was very communicative and responsive from check-in to check-out. If you go to the pool or beach let the attendants know you’re staying in the residence that way they can find your name quicker. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable, relaxing, and safe atmosphere which we enjoyed since we came for our baby moon. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to rent if you want the amenities of the best resort but need the space of an apartment. When I’m back in Miami I will definitely check if Dan’s place is available & it would be my first choice for accommodation.

Beautiful property and the apartment was spacious and had two great balconies overlooking the Atlantic. You have full access to the St Regis property. We were there for my son's engagement and we were able to host a group at the beach. Better value than booking from the hotel directly and no real compromise in services. It is an expensive property though. Right across the street from Bal Harbour mall and we had a great lunch one day at Aba. Dan and his team communicate regularly. Great stay - highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The property looks exactly like the listing, except that the unit and balconies were even more spacious than I was expecting. The St. Regis amenities were beautiful and exactly what you would expect from the brand. Dan was very responsive and helpful, and we loved the area. Definitely would return to stay here again. For anyone traveling with little ones who need a pack and play, just a heads up that they didn’t have a fitted sheet for it. We made due with a regular sheet, but if you have a young baby, I’d suggest bringing a fitted crib sheet. (This is not at all a gripe, but just a tip.) The property has tons of beach toys so no need to bring those!

Dan’s place is everything we were hoping for during our getaway to Miami Beach! We really enjoyed all the luxuries of W hotel; great pool area, really nice restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio, very helpful and friendly staff, and quick access to the beach. The location is probably one of the best in Miami Beach, being both close to all the bustling attractions (Lincoln road, boardwalk, ocean drive, restaurants and nightlife) and at the same time super peaceful and private, with direct access to the beach and with an incredible calming view of the ocean. Dan and his team were so great and made our getaway a true 5 star vacation! The place was really clean, comfy bed with soft sheets, nice tv, great balcony, and a big bathroom with plenty of towels and amazing water pressure. Dan and his team were always responsive and accommodating and super quick to answer our questions and resolve our requests.

Our stay was spectacular! Beautiful views from the balconies and very spacious. The bed is so comfortable and we had lots of closet and drawer space for our belongings. The hosts are very responsive and proactive. We had a lovely view of the NYE fireworks. The balconies were pristine clean and we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee/tea in the morning. Would absolutely love to return next time we're in Miami!

Awesome location! Great restaurants nearby (don’t eat at the W). View and balcony are amazing! Feels spacious for only 600 sq ft. We did have difficulty getting beach towels/service, but that’s not the owner’s fault. The beach trail is right next to the hotel and bikes are available. Good fitness center. Lots of daily activities available. Good time!

It was a beautiful condo with the most amazing view. I loved how spacious the closet was and also enjoyed an option of having both shower and a bathtub. Towels and sheets were clean as promised. Kitchen had everything I needed. Dan was very professional, friendly and fast to respond. I will definitely recommend this place.

This was a roomy, clean, modern, and beautiful two bedroom/two bath plus kitchen, dining, and living room unit, with balconies looking at the ocean, and all of the facilities of the St Regis at your disposal. Dan, the host, was friendly and helpful, proactive and responsive (usually within minutes!) whenever we had a question both before and during our stay. He was there to meet us when we arrived to let us in and explain everything. Anything you could need or want was provided. We could have stayed forever! Highly recommend!

My family and I recently stood with Rentè @ the St. Regis Bal Harbor, the pictures did not do justice. Super family friendly location, Dan was extremely attentive and accommodating. Pictures did not do justice, the residence was immaculate, made us feel right at home. Will definitely return!!

This room is perfect! I stay at the St. Regis in Bal Harbor often with my wife but needed a 2 bedroom suite this time and man was this place perfect. Same great amenities as when i stay at with Bonvoy, great room, and amazing host, very responsive to any questions or problems! If we needed a double room I will for sure be back to this same room!

Nice place with huge master bathroom, closets and two large size ocean view balconies. Free valet with complimentary charging stations save you hundreds of dollars alone. Beach service includes free chairs and towels. Restaurants on site are ok, but you have Bal Harbor mall across the street for more dining options. Definitely consider this place if you need extra bedroom/bathroom with kitchen.

What a beautiful location! the view of the ocean was beautiful off both balconies. Our host was very nice and communicated very well. Not only would I recommend this place, but I will be back!

My family of four had a wonderful time, in no small part due to the lovely accommodations. Check in was a breeze, the host very communicative, and the amenities (pool and beach) and staff were fantastic. The only thing we missed was a laundry machine but we knew there wasn’t one going into the rental so no surprise. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and we will likely be staying here again in the future.

StayRenté’s place is absolutely beautiful and has everything one needs for a beach vacation. It is just as pictured with upscale amenities. It was the perfect size for my husband & me and my son and his girlfriend. I loved having the 2 balconies as it afforded us plenty of privacy and space to read and nap. It also included beach chairs and umbrellas. Another major perk is having rhe Bal Harbour Shops right across the street. The St Regis is our preferred place to stay when visiting Miami and StayRenté’s pricing was great! We look forward to staying here in the future!

It’s a proper 2 bdr apartment inside St Regis. Absolutely amazing service, killer view and superb apartment. The service at st Regis is next level as usual. Very nice place to spend a few days. We were thoroughly satisfied. Just know that there is no washer dryer. Not a big deal but important to note.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Valeria and team are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts. We were provided with all the information we needed to feel at home. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything needed. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and the balconies are excellent and the location is incredible. Dan shared excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He, Valeria and team went above and beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. See you soon!

My husband and I had a great time staying at this property for a relaxing getaway. We hope to get the opportunity to come back again sometime soon. The Host was a pleasure to work with and responsive to any concerns we had.

Amazing apartment with spectacular views. This place was the perfect location for our staycation. The beach, pool and proximity to the best shopping in south Florida can’t be beat.

Service and place was of 5 star in every aspect. Place was clean, view was beautiful and communication was good. However only issue I encountered was of the master bedroom TV not working first night. I called Dan who was assisting through out my stay and he was quick to come and take a look at what was wrong. Come to find out it was first a battery issue -it was fixed and tv was working then. But, then came that night and TV did not have cable on that TV no R was the internet working on the television so the apps on the TV were pointless. Never did I get to watch the tv in the master bedroom. Other than that the place was a dream and I would definitely love to visit the St. Regis again or would recommend to family and friend.

The room was amazing. Exactly as described. Beautiful location. The Renté Group was very responsive and always handled any questions/issues very promptly. The owners prompt response was 5 stars at all times. The staff at St Regis we’re AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The suite was beautiful and more upscale than I expected. The staff and services in the hotel are great as usual. My experience was A-plus in every category.

Perfect location to enjoy the water views and upscale shopping.

This condo was beyond!! Real luxury! The view can’t get better and very big! A lot of space and great for a couple on vacation! Fully stocked apt with a lot of towels Great communication with host Would definitely recommend
