I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured. The views are truly spectacular and the floor to ceiling windows give a breathtaking view of the ocean from every room. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and the kitchen was fully furnished. Dan, Yuli, and the rest of the management team were super easy to communicate with and quickly available with any and everything that I needed. There were a few items that needed attention upon arrival and they were quickly noted and taken care of without hesitation. They were also very friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze, and located in the main lobby, right next to the main check-in area. This unit is located in the W hotel so we were able to enjoy all of the hotel’s amenities except for housekeeping and room service, which we didn’t miss. This room is worth every penny and I would definitely stay here again!

Fint boende med fantastisk utsikt över havet och stranden gångavstånd till allt som South Beach har att erbjuda. Dan & crew var vänliga och snabba på att agera på de frågor vi hade. Vi hade några mindre set backs och Dan med Crew fixade snabbt och gav oss en champagne för att kompensera för detta. Mycket service minded! 🤩

Le logement était conforme à nos attentes. Nous venons régulièrement à l’hôtel W south beach. Excellent service à la piscine et à la plage également sans difference avec les clients de l’hôtel. Le week-end est très achalandé et bruyant à la piscine cependant. DJ et ambiance festive.

Awesome place in an awesome location in an awesome hotel! Квартира очень хорошая. Большая, много разных зон для отдыха. Все детали продуманны. Есть все необходимое. Мы получили удовольствие от прибывания и продлили еще на несколько дней. Отличный вид на океан. Резиденция с хорошим сервисом. Бассейн, тренажерный зал- все отличного качества. Пляж и теплый океан прямо возле здания.
Рекомендую квартиру и команду, которая сопровождает. Очень приятное и легкое общение. Спасибо вам. Мы отлично отдохнули

L’appartement est extrêmement bien placé, trés belle vue sur la plage et literie confortable. Ocean drive accessible à pied, parking 2 $ de l’heure juste en bas de l’hôtel. Très propre!! Accès à tous les services de l'hôtel, piscine, salle de sport...Dan a été très réactif tout le long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Dan's place is a gem in South Beach. Perfect location. The unit is perfectly appointed. We enjoyed many mornings watching the ocean from the terrace. His communication was top notch and we felt very welcomed. We'd love to stay again!

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the amenities Dan’s place and the W had to offer. The room/hotel is very clean and the view is amazing. Dan was very communicative and responsive from check-in to check-out. If you go to the pool or beach let the attendants know you’re staying in the residence that way they can find your name quicker. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable, relaxing, and safe atmosphere which we enjoyed since we came for our baby moon. Would definitely stay here again!

Dan’s place is everything we were hoping for during our getaway to Miami Beach!
We really enjoyed all the luxuries of W hotel; great pool area, really nice restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio, very helpful and friendly staff, and quick access to the beach.
The location is probably one of the best in Miami Beach, being both close to all the bustling attractions (Lincoln road, boardwalk, ocean drive, restaurants and nightlife) and at the same time super peaceful and private, with direct access to the beach and with an incredible calming view of the ocean.
Dan and his team were so great and made our getaway a true 5 star vacation! The place was really clean, comfy bed with soft sheets, nice tv, great balcony, and a big bathroom with plenty of towels and amazing water pressure.
Dan and his team were always responsive and accommodating and super quick to answer our questions and resolve our requests.

Awesome location! Great restaurants nearby (don’t eat at the W). View and balcony are amazing! Feels spacious for only 600 sq ft. We did have difficulty getting beach towels/service, but that’s not the owner’s fault. The beach trail is right next to the hotel and bikes are available. Good fitness center. Lots of daily activities available. Good time!

Let’s be honest about airbnb. It’s getting harder to find an authentic stay at a place where the pictures and descriptions match to product.
Also, the hosts are no long owners they’re landlords, often remote.

Dan’s apt at the W Hotel Residences is a fantastic place! It’s modern, clean and well-appointed with a top-notch bathroom. The deluxe pool and beautiful beach are steps away. Dan is very responsive to all requests and inquires. Super nice guy. The W is located in the best imaginable location in South Beach. Quiet but close to lots of restaurants and shops.
