Great time at the Residences at the St. Regis. We had been before and knew what to expect, and were equally satisfied. The valet car parking was super helpful and a breeze, and the help in getting our things up the the unit was very much appreciated. The unit is as described, and is on the part of the building that looks down into the adult's pool. We spent most of the time at the kid's pool and some time at the beach, both have lots of attendants and you can always get what you need (extra towels, help with adjusting an umbrella, etc.). The area has many food options (we particularly like aba (Mediterranean place at the Bal Harbour Shops), Morela (sp?) the customizable popsicle place, and Mister 01 pizza over the bridge (our best meal of the stay). That said, we advance ordered simple groceries at the nearby Whole Foods which we picked up on our way; previously we had relied on Publix but the walk in the heat isn't the easiest. Highly recommend!

Our stay was beyond fabulous! The St. Regis is next-level luxury. Dan’s unit is exactly as described. The balconies overlooking the ocean are just wonderful to view the sunrise. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We enjoyed the beach everyday and had great service there. Dan stopped by to check on us during our stay and he was a communicative host. I paid extra for an early check-in and it was worth it to be settled in the room instead of storing my luggage. I didn’t pay for a late checkout and wish I would’ve as we hated to leave by 10am. I think 11am would be a more reasonable checkout time. Overall the unit is immaculate, feels very exclusive and I will definitely be back! Thanks Dan for an awesome stay!

Beautiful property and the apartment was spacious and had two great balconies overlooking the Atlantic. You have full access to the St Regis property. We were there for my son's engagement and we were able to host a group at the beach. Better value than booking from the hotel directly and no real compromise in services. It is an expensive property though. Right across the street from Bal Harbour mall and we had a great lunch one day at Aba. Dan and his team communicate regularly. Great stay - highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The property looks exactly like the listing, except that the unit and balconies were even more spacious than I was expecting. The St. Regis amenities were beautiful and exactly what you would expect from the brand. Dan was very responsive and helpful, and we loved the area. Definitely would return to stay here again.
For anyone traveling with little ones who need a pack and play, just a heads up that they didn’t have a fitted sheet for it. We made due with a regular sheet, but if you have a young baby, I’d suggest bringing a fitted crib sheet. (This is not at all a gripe, but just a tip.) The property has tons of beach toys so no need to bring those!

Our stay was spectacular! Beautiful views from the balconies and very spacious. The bed is so comfortable and we had lots of closet and drawer space for our belongings. The hosts are very responsive and proactive. We had a lovely view of the NYE fireworks. The balconies were pristine clean and we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee/tea in the morning. This was a roomy, clean, modern, and beautiful two bedroom/two bath plus kitchen, dining, and living room unit, with balconies looking at the ocean, and all of the facilities of the St Regis at your disposal. Nice place with huge master bathroom, closets and two large size ocean view balconies. Free valet with complimentary charging stations save you hundreds of dollars alone. Beach service includes free chairs and towels. Restaurants on site are ok, but you have Bal Harbor mall across the street for more dining options. Definitely consider this place if you need extra bedroom/bathroom with kitchen.

My family of four had a wonderful time, in no small part due to the lovely accommodations. Check in was a breeze, the host very communicative, and the amenities (pool and beach) and staff were fantastic. The only thing we missed was a laundry machine but we knew there wasn’t one going into the rental so no surprise. StayRenté’s place is absolutely beautiful and has everything one needs for a beach vacation. It is just as pictured with upscale amenities. It was the perfect size for my husband & me and my son and his girlfriend. I loved having the 2 balconies as it afforded us plenty of privacy and space to read and nap. It also included beach chairs and umbrellas. Another major perk is having rhe Bal Harbour Shops right across the street. The St Regis is our preferred place to stay when visiting Miami and StayRenté’s pricing was great! We look forward to staying here in the future!

It’s a proper 2 bdr apartment inside St Regis. Absolutely amazing service, killer view and superb apartment. The service at st Regis is next level as usual. Very nice place to spend a few days. We were thoroughly satisfied.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Valeria and team are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts.
We were provided with all the information we needed to feel at home. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything needed.
The bed is comfortable, bathroom and the balconies are excellent and the location is incredible.
Dan shared excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He, Valeria and team went above and beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

I called Dan who was assisting through out my stay and he was quick to come and take a look at what was wrong. Come to find out it was first a battery issue -it was fixed and tv was working then. But, then came that night and TV did not have cable on that TV no
