Yes, guests have complimentary access to beach service, which includes 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional chairs, umbrellas, or daybeds can be rented directly from the Pool & Beach team for an extra fee.

The property features two pools: the main resort pool, open to all guests, and the Tranquility Pool, an adults-only area designed for a more peaceful experience.

You can dispose of garbage using the trash chute located in the service corridor.

If your key fob is lost, please contact us immediately. A replacement fee of $150 will apply.

Daytime guests may be allowed, but overnight guests must be registered. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors so we can ensure compliance with building policies and security requirements.

There is valet parking available on site. Valet parking is complimentary for 1 car when you book with us. Any extra vehicles will be subject to a $65 daily fee paid directly to the valet company.

Any cancellation before 2 weeks (14 days) before the check-in date is eligible for a full refund.

Anything under 14-7 days = 50% refund.

Under 7 days = no refund applicable.

Pets under 20 pounds are allowed. Subject to a fee.

If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, please contact us or the residential concierge team immediately. We will arrange for repairs as soon as possible to ensure your stay is comfortable.

All the fees are included in our price. We have optional additional fees for in-stay cleanings, car rentals, early check-in, late check-outs and more.

Yes, as a guest in a private residence within the hotel, you have full access to the hotel’s amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, spa (must book a treatment), and restaurants.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the accommodation fare. In-stay cleaning is available at an extra fee of $170 for a full cleaning,fresh towels and linen change. It must be booked at least 1 day in advance and is to be paid directly to the housekeeping team.

Check-in and check-out procedures will be communicated to you prior to your arrival. Depending on the time of arrival, you may either check in at the residential concierge desk or someone from our team can meet you for the check-in process. Check-out is typically by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
